Tasteless. Shame on the CEO of Panchi petha.

I had petha from Panchi petha since childhood as my mother is from Agra. Petha from this shop is always perfect, but new delivery service started for different cities is pathetic. I ordered on 13th April and chose express delivery which meant it was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days. But on website my order kept showing in making till 18th April. I mean it took 5 days to prepare a order which on shop you keep ready for sale. And both customer care numbers shown on website are always not available, no one picked up the phone on those numbers. Emails as well no response, at last I called on number given for franchise contact and he helped a little bit to get the order through.
It's better that you close the intercity delivery services if this is how you intend to serve in future.
