Sugarfree Petha

Dear Customer Support,

I am writing to express my serious disappointment with the order of five pethas that I recently received.

The packaging was extremely poor, and the products were not fresh. More concerningly, I found visible fungal growth on some of the pethas, making them unsafe and completely unfit for consumption. Receiving food products in such a condition is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about your quality control and hygiene standards.

I expected fresh and properly packed products, but instead received items that appear stale, contaminated, and of very poor quality. This has caused considerable inconvenience and has completely eroded my confidence in your products.

I request that you immediately arrange either:

- A full refund of my order, or
- A complete replacement with fresh, properly packaged products.

I have photographs of the damaged packaging and fungus-contaminated items and can provide them if required.

Please treat this as an urgent complaint and resolve the matter at the earliest. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable time, I will be compelled to escalate the issue through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

Packing should be better

Sugar free Petha was bad in taste and quality

Plastic package box broken hence all petha become dried.
